Maine's Share Our Strength chapter continues to build upon its leadership position among organizations fighting to end childhood hunger in our state. In just two years, we are proud to say, thanks to the dedicated support of our guests, volunteers, suppliers and sponsors, we have come a long way. So far, Maine's Taste of  the Nation has raised raised nearly $80,000. As a 100% volunteer run organization, our overhead is low so our beneficiaries reap the rewards of our work – and your support. All we ask is that they use 100% of donated SOS funds to ensure that Maine children who suffer from hunger and hunger-related issues are given the food and help they need to grow, learn and thrive.
